“Yesterday was my first experience at this particular pawn shop, and I was treated like I had been a long time customer, I brought in a safety harness and was informed by the manager that they were not taking them in due to an overstock, but then she ask me about my situation I explained I just needed a few bucks to carry me over till my retirement check posts at midnight the next night. She immediately told the associate working the counter to go ahead and make the loan. If the line is long be prepared to wait a while. The point system to get discounts could be handled better, basically they ask you to enter your number after completing your order. Ideally, you should enter your number first and then be asked if you want to apply any earned discounts.”
