  I needed a new apartment, and in looking, I stumbled upon the advertisement for Smart City Apartment Locator; I do not remember exactly how. I have always done my own looking, but I decided to give this a try.
  It was for me a lucky day because I ran into not only the smartest bunch in the business but the ones with a level of customer service that is seldom found and hard to forget; I know I will not, as they are now my Realtor of Choice.
  The lady that helped me was efficient and to the point. She did a wonderful job, first asking the right questions to find out what I wanted and the price range, and listening to what I had to say. Within hours (seemed like minutes really) she had a list for me to preview. An EXTENSIVE list with pricing, apartment numbers available, floor levels, amenities, details on the apartment complexes, and links to each one of them.
  Still, I was skeptical, but upon checking on the links and then visiting the places that she suggested, I understood their abilities and the meaning of their name: “Smart…”
  The saying: “It is not all about what you know, but whom you know” applies so well here, and these people KNOW their business. For moving and finding the right apartment, you want to know Smart City Apartment Locator.
  I am happy to say that I went with one of their suggestions, the first one on her list if that tells you anything.
  All of her suggestions were on the money, and it was not easy to choose between all the places that she suggested, which is more to her credit.
  The service did not cost me a dime, yet I received service as if I was paying a million.
  I highly recommend Smart City Apartment Locator; you will not be disappointed.

  Xenia was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and very accommodating to our time restraints (we were in Houston for a business trip and leaving the next day)! She took us to see two apartments, but we fell in love with the first apartment she showed us. The apartment was in the perfect location, and at the right time for us to move in.

  Great experience, helped me find an apartment and was available to answer last minute changes and questions. Even though there is no rebate, the place we decided on has a decent discount so it worked out. Appreciate the time and work they put in to figure out what place best suited our budget and requirements. Thanks!

  Allison Parsley should be your go to girl! She took my information and gave me the best possible options to fit my budget and specs. From the area I wanted to making sure the kitchen cabinets were the right color and verifying each had a garden bath tub. She gave me many more options that I could have found myself. Visited a few with me. Asked questions I wouldn’t have thought of. Then followed up with me to see if I was happy with any of the choices. Finally I found one! It was an apartment I mentioned that would be my dream home and she got me in! I am very happy! Give Allison a call! She’s great and gets back to you very quickly!

  This service is almost too good to be true. With a really busy schedule I was able to text my assigned locator (Jessica!) everything I was looking for and she asked easy to understand questions to get all the back work done for me. I simply said what I was looking for and she put together a great list of places that matched. Jessica met up with me when viewing apartments and new all the right questions to ask the apartments while we were there. Jessica was extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable. The place I am moving into is far nicer than I ever imagined I could find. Smart City know how to find remarkable deals. The best part is there are no fees and extreme costs you have to pay Smart City!
