  The instructors are very good. The classes are well-planned and well-executed. I have had a lot of fun here.

  Been a PB Spring member for 6-8 months now. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Workouts vary each day, which keeps you on your "toes." The classes were (and still are) challenging, but there are modifications for each move to accommodate wide ranges of fitness levels.... I have tried similar "barre" workouts elsewhere, but absolutely nothing compares to true "Pure Barre"-- and PB Spring has the most courteous, helpful, and fun staff. Love my PB family.

  I love Pure Barre Spring! It is a great workout that allows you to really push yourself. Even with small movements, you will feel sore the next day. The instructors are so helpful and welcoming, and always willing to answer questions you have about the technique. There’s plenty of classes per day which helps with a full time working schedule. I love the music too!

  When this studio opened up my wife was so excited to try it out. She's been hoping for a barre style exercise close to home & this is the top of the line. It helps to lift, tone, & burn muscle you never even knew you had & all in a low impact style that won't hurt your joints. The music & instruments help to motivate & get you feeling like it's the best 55 min. of your day.
