(March 9, 2019, 12:03 am)I have been searching for a pre-owned Rolex for a year now and can't tell you how many different jewelers I've been to, finding the watches they have in very disappointing conditions with the same general price everywhere; no box, and overall lacking knowledge of the Rolex watches in general.
Finally, after months of searching I found Haddad Jewlers in Vintage Park. Mr Haddad was very patient with me, hearing all of my concerns and answering all my questions about the watch I was looking for. Only after a few days he had the exact datejust I wanted in stock. It was in mint condition, came with the box and manual! The price was great compared to all of the places I have browsed before, and he even included a warranty. Mr Haddad cleaned and fitted the watch and it was ready to go in just a few minutes.
I am very glad I found Haddad Jewlers to buy the Rolex I have been looking for, I trust Mr Haddad's expertise and prices, couldn't be happier with the experience! -

My diamond ring got stuck on my finger so I had to cut it at Zales. They told me they couldn’t fix it. So I came here to HADDAD and HE DID IT. looks brand new and it looks so beautiful!!!!! Also, KATHY there has a welcoming smile and is very nice! I wish all other places are like her! Thank you soo sooo much Haddad and Kathy!! -

***UPDATE: 11.17.2018 - Again, the service of the owners and his staff are top notch. I returned to get another watch repaired and I was welcomed back with a smile and handshake. I knew it was Saturday and they might be busy, but the owner made time for me and came through so I could have my watch on my business trip on Monday. Many, MANY thanks to Haddad and his courtesy! -

(August 8, 2018, 8:48 pm)While my purchases are not generally big at Haddad Jewelers, the personal attention shown to me and beautiful way every purchase is wrapped up for me makes me feel as though I am their best customer! That is just the way they are. I have had old pieces refurbished, new pieces created and special little first pearls necklace created for my niece from long held loose freshwater pearls I never knew what to do with. I feel fortunate to have them in my neighborhood and will always check with them first for that something special - big or small.
