(September 23, 2018, 11:14 am)Beautiful location! Excellent customer service. Very professional service from the first call to the eyeglass exam. On a Friday they were able to book me right away and every other location I called said I would have to wait until next week. Dr.Dinh was very nice and professional and Diana who prepared me for my exam was helpful and really nice. Highly recommend this optometrist. Also convenient if you want to grab lunch or Starbucks at the same time since it’s in Vintage Park.

Focus Eye Care even refused to just eat the 45.00, simply due to the burden and stress I had gone through as a customer. So as it stands they still have my 361 dollars and I have no glasses. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I caution anyone looking for glasses to avoid this place at all costs.
