  I'm Glad To Say I've Lived Here For About 12+ Years First With My Parents & Now In My Own Trailer Right Next Door. I've Loved Living Here All These Years Susan Has Been Nothing Short Of INCREDIBLE. The Staff Members Are So Nice, Knowledgeable, & Helpful. I Would Recommend This Mobile Home Park To Anyone, If You Move In Here I Promise You Won't Regret It. It's A Beautiful Neighborhood, Clean, Offers 2 Pools, A Basketball Court, & A Park.
  Like Every Neighborhood There Are A Few Cons But Nothing To Bad They Disclose Everything While You Are Going Through The Process. (Back Streets Do Flood If There Is Heavy Rain)
  Some People May Say The Rent Is High But I Don't Mind At All Because All The Upgrades & All The Fun Activities They Offer For Family's It Shows Where All The Money Is Going.
  
  I've Seen The Trailer Park Change In So Many Great Ways & I'm Truly Grateful For All The Hard Work Every Staff Member Does. Especially Susan For Giving Me The Opportunity To Stay Close To Home But In My Own Home.

  I visit relatives here it's a good place to live. Little to no crime here. Only thing two things to watch out for is there's limited parking and if your car is on the grass for days it will be towed. Secondly it floods easily.

  I have live here for 5 years yeah susan be on you if something dosent go with the rules like any other place but is really calm area , the rent is getting high but its like any other place i think for our kids is not that bad the management always doing something for our kids to celebrate and learn.
  Of course if they see something that is not right they will go up to you and let you know theres something going on with the wat things are in your house and i think that is good because it keeps people organize. And they give you opportunity if you have a claim from them to fix it and do things right they dont go up to you if your just not doing nothing.
