  Poitin is a lovely restaurant. Very expensive, but with the level of service you'd expect for the price. Enjoyed nearly the full appetizer list-- tremendous variety and all very satisfying. The entrees were excellent-- the fish and chicken were both well-prepared and very nicely presented. The dessert menu, though, is something of a disaster. The concept, it seems, is deconstruction, but each of the four dessert plates we had felt lazy and out of place compared to the rest of the meal. Get a good group together, enjoy the first two courses and extensive wine list, and just take everyone out for an actual dessert afterward instead.

  Loved just about everything here. Especially the aesthetic. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very large open spaces. Really cool new area, and right across the street from holler brewery. I do with they had a few more options for brunch, but everything my table had was fantastic. Really nice vibe to the place too. Would definitely go again.

  I've been here for happy hour and due to a last minute change in plans, had a dinner party for 16. It was great. I highly recommend it. The servers take pride in their work and made all wonderful drink and good recommendations. +1 for the water waiter who recognized my shoes.
