I only picked up a U-Haul trailer from here. I did almost everything online. I went in a nice older lady. printed the contract I signed showed my Id found my trailer, hooked it up, did a pre-trip inspection. And out the gate I went.

They're always quick and great. No frills inspection place with always little to none wait time. I much prefer this than an automotive shop that will try to sell you something you don't need.

State inspections are always fast. There was a cute & friendly cat in the waiting room my first visit (which is a plus for me). Prices are reasonable. The woman who works here (co-owner?) is also very nice and helpful.

However, I visited again recently for a repair & standard maintenance and was quoted higher than any shop I called (including the dealer) & they did not actually test what they said they did. They just came back with the most expensive option. Please don't take advantage of people.
