So much so that I moved all my insurance to them over a year ago and could not be happier. I was with Chubb through my previous agent for over 25 years. Now I have better coverage at a considerable savings. Monica has been very responsive and the whole staff is always eager to assist me when I call. Great job!!

(June 19, 2018, 3:30 pm)Absolutely the best and fastest service I have gotten when dealing with an insurance company and tragedy. I have been with Whitney Black for several years. Whitney and her staff has been a blessing ever since. The biggest being the last Hurricane Harvey. I flooded my brand new car and during this time they helped me nonstop through the process. It was a painful one with Gap insurance taking months to finish my claim. Then a wreck. They were a comfort knowing I could call and they would be on top of it and helped me into a rental twice. Now I'm covered for house flood insurance with them, huge relief. It means a lot knowing you can trust the company you choose for these big decisions, they answered my stressful emails during the flood even on the weekend. The car insurance alone is the best rate I've seen and I will continue to work with these ladies because of the service they have provided me throughout the years. :) Hope this helps.
