  I am mostly satisfied, there have been issues that the management has taken care of but some took a considerable amount of time. My family was a bit disappointed at some of the changes that made it less unique but overall the new management has been very good

  Really goes beyond what you would expect. The new owners are really friendly and sure there a few issues but they will fix it. Pools are closed but should be reopened in about 2 weeks. They have great office parties. Just hope that the rent will not go up. 2 problems. 1. Pest control is not effective. 2. The 5404 drive in gate is still not working after 5+ months. We should not be charged monthly until this is resolved.

  Resident for 10 years. I have NEVER seen a roach and I have lived in four different units. I love my home and my dogs love our home! The Metro #82 picks you up right at Rice and Beverly Hill and will take you right downtown down Memorial.

  I haven't moved in yet, and I know many places treat you very good at first then ignore you once you're in. But I must say, it has been amazing working with them for my move-in in a week from now! Jessica (property manager) has been taking care of us since the beginning, and gosh she is nice. I have to admit, her persistence and customer service is what got us to choose this property to begin with. And all the new people that started this week are very polite and caring, one of them is Michael. I have been one of those difficult customers that you see often in the office for one reason or another, and their friendly attitude has not changed, and I already signed the lease! And they're very honest and upfront about issues they face since they acquired the property and you can see all great changes (got feedback from a couple of future neighbors). They've had the patience to deal with me so many times, and I can be difficult. Will update once I move in, but so far very pleased. And my apartment is beautiful! Can't wait to move in!!
