(December 11, 2017, 11:21 am)We have worked with Woodland Travel for more than 5 years and with Peggy Taylor, CTA for 16 years. We like Peggy so much that we followed her when she left Las Vegas. We have planned more than 16 cruises and land tours with her. It is important to note that all planning can be done via computer and phone calls, so it does not matter where you live.
Peggy has a vast array of knowledge from not only being in the industry for so long, but also she has personally visited the majority of places you would want to go. Those experiences allow her to give you tips, hints and information applicable to each trip.
In addition to her vast array of knowledge, she is professional and has a great sense of humor. Every time I hang up the phone I have a smile on my face.
Her planning is impeccable. There has never been one complication on any of our trips. I would highly recommend using Woodlake Travel and Peggy Taylor for any of your vacation needs, both land and sea. -

(July 11, 2012, 4:08 pm)Wow- I cannot begin to express how helpful Mary at Woodlake Travel has been. We had an issue with our bank (fraudulent activity) that turned into a living nightmare right in the middle of Mary booking everything for our trip to Playa Del Carmen. She was so patient, caring, and understanding of our situation that she was able to extend deposit dates to accommodate us and our frozen bank accounts.
She was everything we needed in a travel agent All I had to do was tell her where, when and what- she did the rest for me! I strongly recommend them, and will not use anyone else from here on out. -
