The service I have received here at West Houston Auto Repair has been nothing but excellent!! They let you know exactly what is wrong and do not try to get over on you like some service repairs guys. Their prices are exceptional!! I recommend them to any any everyone looking for a decent, honest, communicative repair shop.

Came here for a second opinion. Was cheaper than my usual person. Thorough knowledgeable. Had a coupon that I received in the mail so that was an added perk.. shuttle service provided. No need to wait hours in lobby area. Ended up saving couple $$$.

Excellent experience all around. Had a complete front end and valve cover job done here. The work was professional, honest, and high quality. Like many people I’ve been to numerous mechanics trying to find an actual honest broker. West Houston explained all repairs required, showed me proof of defective parts, up front pricing, and delivered on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend.

This shop is AMAZING! Definitely bringing my cars back here in the future if I ever need maintenance or repairs! They worked on my vehicle for about 4 hours and even provided a ride to pick up food. Exceptional service and very thorough on updates and services they are performing. Erick and his crew are simply amazing. Don’t go anywhere else.

Super transparent and upfront about everything, they did all sorts of work on my old Chevy Malibu and left it running perfectly. Great customer service and fair pricing when comparing to other places. I not only “would” but WILL be recommending this to my family and friends. It’s always hard finding a combo of quality work, good customer service, and fair pricing.
