  Acapella dance fitness has been my number one place to go for Zumba, they offer yoga and kickboxing as well. Sister Tahira is really knowledgeable on nutrient and weight loss, I recommend to come to the dance studio try out a class. you wouldn't want to miss it, They have affordable membership plans as well. you will definitely feel energized and motivated after class.

  Love this place! Woman only work out classes
  Awsome & lively place to work out, great company, alot of support & encouragement from class members & instructors.Instructors are very informative, helpful, fun, supportive, caring & lively its amazing & best part is walk ins are welcome also they have free babysitting for mothers with children, while we work out!

  I came into town for a couple days and decided to try the dance fitness class. What Sr. Tahira has put together is an awesome spot to relieve stress, get in shape and build a positive support system for sisters to maintain healthy lifestyles. I enjoyed the workout sis and thanks for providing an atmosphere for women that is beautiful and fun. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!
