  Tech was great, very knowledgeable, professional. Sears policies are rated 1 being the worst which put us through months of dealing with a washer that was off balance, tub knocking side of washer and ripping up our floors with a walking washer. Customer Service being directed by a manual which requires you to fix your own problem and being sent back through the same instructions while listening to a sales pitch for another warranty on products you don't own or need. Sears will be our last choice in the future for purchases.

  Our technician arrived as scheduled the first trip out and 30 minutes early the next trip out. He trouble shot, diagnosed the problem and then orders parts on the first visit.
  On the second visit he installed the new parts and the washer is running as good as new. It wasn't a minor repair either. He replaced the entire drum and several other large ticket items.
  I'd recommend these folks to anyone!

  The service that I have received has been rather good. I had initial issues with the installation crew that was sent out and we were able to get over those issues but since then things have gone relatively well
