  This is the first Chili's Grill and Bar
  that I can actually say I enjoyed.
  The staff was great. The food as well.
  2 yrs ago in Killeen,
  Central Texas Express and Ft Hood
  Both were terrible. The one course had been prepared at least a day prior.
  The cheese was so hard, the guacamole was bad, the salsa, sour cream had been exposed. Meaning not covered, just in a refrigerator.
  I asked for a new one, only to be brought the same EXACT THING.
  I did report it.
  And, the response was good.
  I accepted the apology. And received
  three 10.00 dollar cards, that I used to pay for lunch in Houston.
  I appreciate their acknowledgement
  of the situation.
  And, I will most definitely visit again.

  Had a wonderful experience! Our waiter Garrett was so nice and patient with us! Everything was nice clean and organized. Food was delicious!

  This location is very close to where I live, it is very convenient. If you go, ask for Tory he is the best waiter there! Good management also, they always make sure things are going well. Food is always good, quick and delicious. $5 special drinks are always nice.
