I would like to write in to share with you my experience at your Providence Medical Centre on the 16th May 2017 @ 830am. I witness very unprofessional behaviour demonstrated by your admin staff, not just 1 staff but I would say at least 3 staff. They were trying to cover each others' mistakes.
