  Been here for a year and about to transfer and Leila is been really helpful with the paper work... looking forward to have a good time during this new lease. Oh and Amanda is the reason I'm renewing...she should get a bonus or something.

  This is my very first apartment and I think it is great. It comes with all the amenities that you would need. The washer and dryer included is a big bonus ohh and cable!! Much much much more though for the price! I love these apartments! They are very quiet and clean. Maintenance and employees are always available whenever needed. I feel safe and I can’t wait to spend more time here!

  I visited this place today. I love the way and manner Bianca attended to me. I will definitely get a place here. The apartment looks cozy. I hope the new management will sustain this momentum.

  I have lived here for almost 4 years. When I first moved in it was ok then it seemed as if management just wanted the rent and nothing else mattered. I had considered moving; however, now that the apartments are under new management, I have seen a tremendous improvement. I have really only had the pleasure to interact with Amanda and I can say she is wonderful. Keep up the great work!

  I actually lived on the property and worked in the leasing office 33 years ago when it was brand new and called Eagle Creek back in 1986. I decided to move back in little over a year ago. After reading the reviews I am so glad that Ruja and her team took over when they did. I saw an immediate improvement! The staff are all pleasant and professional and seem to know what they are doing. My only concern is that they don't jack up the rent at renewal time to pay for all these fast improvements. Hopefully they know that we all have to live within our budget. That's a major reason that tenants choose one property over another. I hope I can call Westchase Creek home for years to come. Keep up the good work. It is being notice! High 5 and 5 Stars!!
