“I have been a Twin Oaks customer for several years now. They are absolutely the best! There has never been a stain they could not get out. I brought in slacks with pizza grease, a shirt with red wine and, most recently, a shirt with some sort of red dye or paint (zombie blood from haunted house mishap) to them and all were no problem. Clothes were returned and looked new, no stains. They repair buttons and sew/repair tie straps too. All of the staff members are friendly and anytime I visit, they always greet me by name. I really cannot say enough positive things about Twin Oaks. Definitely the best dry cleaners I have ever used.”

“I don’t know what it is about this particular establishment, but every single time I get a haircut here it’s an unusually pleasant experience. I have had a different person cut my hair the few times that I’ve been here, and every time they are very nice to have a conversation with, and every time they went above and beyond what they needed to do. For example, the first time I went there, they gave me a hot towel and shoulder massage free of charge just because they wanted me to be a repeat customer. Guess what, now I’m a repeat customer. Makes you wonder why doesn’t everybody in the customer service business go above and beyond????????”

“I love my church, Second Baptist, Woodway campus. They have always been so kind an given to me in every area in my life. I lost my job and they helped me with rent. My car broke down and they fixed it, at no charge. Went through a divorce and got counseling with a license psychologist. At no charge. I have been a member since 12/2013. I do give back,by tithing, I do volunteer as one of the Lord Supper server. I do have a bible class that I stay connect with. Very supportive people that go to my church. And now my mother has gone to our Lord and Savior. And have received tremendous amount of support. I cant thank them all, enough.”

“First time shopping at SoHo - Two boutiques and I really love the qulity of stuff at the 6592 location! It had such cute stuff, From skirts; tops and dresses Etc . Lauren was a great help and helped me pick out a cute outfit to wear to dinner . The girls are so sweet and very helpful. Prices are a little steep but they seem like they will last you for a long time which is a plus in my book & I don't mind spending the price on good lasting clothes! I definitely will be returning in the future for more outfits! Prices for the stuff I chose were around $22-$35 which is usually what I would spend anywhere else. It helped that the staff was younger and was honest on what looked good!”

“I really like that this place was conveniently located, that I can drop my live flowers here to an actual person and talk to an actual person in person and not send or mail them in, that I could look at all my options for framing etc. in a real example or in a book if they didn't have samples there cor me to look at. My bridal bouquet came out beautiful. It was just what I was hoping for. They used their judgement for what flowers to include and it came out perfect. I waited several months of course for the finished product but it takes a long time to dry and preserve flowers no matter what company and I'm glad that they were in an actual store that I could check in with that were responsible for my product.”
