I arrived at home decor with a picture of the old tiles and Juana helped me find the right tiles which matched almost perfectly!! You can hardly tell the difference! She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out all the tools and materials I needed to get the project done. Juana even called me a few days after to see how the project was going which I appreciate wholeheartedly! Her customer service was beyond amazing!!! Ordered items arrived today(Friday) as promised and we did revived a text informing us of the arrival. Hope he keeps up this new attitude with his customers when we come back for replacements. Tells my wife her stuff will arrive in store on a Wednesday and that hell call or text her. Ended having to call them and now it won't arrive till friday. “I don't like leaving reviews that include names because the recommended person becomes popular and the wait to see them gets longer and longer and blah, blah, blah. However, Carlos is the best masseur I've ever been to. I like to really feel my massage and be squished and compressed and he gives me exactly what I ask for. My lower back is craptastic, always has been. He uses his entire body to alleviate the pain and pressure. I almost can't get up from the table when he's done, but the next morning I feel like I could enter the Strong Man competition. He's also a super friendly and all around good guy. Too bad I can't just take him home to do my bidding. Lol. Definitely recommend him 100%”
