  I went into the store on 01/18 @ 4:58 and I was assisted by Ms. Lou. Even though the store was closing for the evening, she was very patient with me and went over in beyond in making sure I had everything I needed. I’ve worked with her in the past and she’s always had a great personality, very friendly and eargered to help others. Thanks Ms. Lou!!!!

  I work with Metro and I want to personally thank Mrs. Nicole, Mrs. Lou, Mrs. Adrienne, Mrs. Kera and the team at Galls. My visit there will always be memorable. Awesome Customer Service is not justifiably to explain how joyful my visit was due to the team. On January 17, 2019 Mrs. Nicole took her time with me. She allowed me to take up most of her time as I tried on everything. This experience was an eye opener for me that real customer service still exist. I thank God for these individuals. Please if you all would let them know that their work serving will never be in vain. Again thanks and I look forward to coming back to the Sam Houston location.

  I recently went in to order uniforms for my upcoming police academy. After signing in and waiting for a short time, a sales woman by the name of Mrs. Lou called my name to start my ordering process. She was extremely helpful even after stating that she wasn't feeling well that day. After finding out the sizes I needed, she continued searching until she found everything that I needed.
