  Very efficient, well run, fast Comcast service center. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. Staff makes process to return or exchange very easy. Polar opposite of dealing with Comcast over the phone. Phone customer service a total nightmare wherein you waste a minimum of an hour on phone. Comcast/Infinity has very high prices & they increase monthly even without a single change. Started at $45 shut down at $135. Read fine print.

  If you set an appointment online, you will be next up if you arrive at your appointment time. Comcast/Xfinity as a whole has done an amazing job building up their customer service these last few years. The place looks like a premium mobile phone store now. Also have large benches to sit if waiting.

  This location is always busy but customer service is great. I recommend picking your internet and TV packages over the phone and then picking up any devices in the store - much quicker that way.
