SignatureCare Emergency Center - Emergency Room

I came to the urgent care because I wasn’t feeling the best but I was taken care of immediately in the front by me Alicia. She was patient with dealing with paperwork and my needs and nurse Tammy was great she checked up on me and explained everything. And last but not least Doctor Q was amazing she took very good care of me

This is not an urgent care. It operates like an ER but BETTER! Myself, & my daughter have utilized SignatureCare (3 times) and each visit: Admittance was swift, with excellent care and service provided.
This facility offers everything an ER does, their ultrasound service is outsourced (aka: mobile) not on site.
My experience was for pneumonia. THANKFULLY, the staff’s diligence found a gallbladder issue, ordered an ultrasound (which arrived in no time) and I was transferred to North Cypress H. (For surgical procedures) As SignatureCare ER isn’t set up for such critical care. I am grateful to all staff for their courteous professionalism.

Fast service, great staff! Jennifer at front desk was super quick and Alicia the nurse was very professional and was very good at administering a shot. Dr Ortiz was also great, he explained everything in detail and was very professional. Overall this is the place you want to be if you are in an emergency!

I was welcomed and helped with a smile by Alicia. She was very kind and walked me the the paperwork, causing me to feel super at ease, a very pleasant experience.

My nurse Jennifer was helpful and greeted me with a smile and lots of advice - what an all around experience...

First time coming here. They addressed my problem quickly and diagnosed and was told exactly what I had going on. I was cold during X-ray and Nanci offered me a warm blanket, it was amazing! Front desk (kaylen) very sweet and helpful. Nurses listened to your concerns. This will be my go to for urgent care.
