“I only give this practice 4 stars due to the care of the doctor. He is knowledgeable, nice and thurough, so I appreciate that. That said, his staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially, the lady in the front (receptionist that books appointments). Apparently, I was misinformed that my appointment to receive my test results were at a later time time than she had down. When I arrived, she looked at me as if “what are you doing here” and according to my calendar, I was right on time. She said no and that I was late and next time, to call when I know I’m running late. Well, I didn’t because again, according to the time I had down, I was not. Anyway, she was extremely rude and I’ve heard people in the waiting room complaining about her constantly (also see online reviews about her). I’m not sure why she continues to get away with being rude to sick patients, but it is unacceptable and I hope she changes her attitude. I really like Dr. Kaul, but hope he doesn’t continue to allow this treatment of paying patients.”
