“Recently took my daughter to be seen for earache. Front office ladies Abby and Sandra were great and very helpful with registration process. Nurse Alma and Jana along with Dr. Kennedy took great care of my child. They definately made her feel at ease and comfortable during her visit such awesome bedside manner. The clinic had such vibrant artwork on the walls that looked awesome! I will no doubt return here when any of my children become ill. I highly recommend this clinic. Overall awesomeness!!????????”

“I usually go for regular check ups. Everything is clean and everyone is super nice. The wait is normal 20 to 30 minutes. On occasion I have taken my daughter's for sick visits and they usually try to squeeze me in for the same day. The wait is a little longer but I don't complain at some point with every doctors office you will have to wait longer than other times. It's normal. We see Dr. Nora Torrez and she is simple amazing and quick.”

“Dr. Doan Do is pleasant and professional. She takes the time to cover all the bases and consider what care you need. She explains everything clearly and gave me the care and referrals that I needed. She genuinely cares about her patients. Her office is helpful, professional and well run. The wait for appointments has always been less than 15 minutes. The doctor and her office are well above the care being given to most patients.”

“Dr. Kim is the best doctor I have ever known. Not only does she genuinely care about her patients, she goes above and beyond in areas of communication and thoroughness. I originally found her as a pediatrician for my son, but now our whole family only goes to her. Her prompt attention and genuine bedside manner are extremely difficult to find in the medical field. She really is the best!”

“I've been going to this doctor for 8 years and now on my second pregnancy with them. I have always been treated with the most respect and everyone has always been polite and listened to all of my concerns. They conduct business like any other office would and do care about their patients. The only negative thing I can say about them is their wait times to be seen are a little long but I usually make an appointment first thing in the morning or right after lunch. All these people complaining about the woman who got reported for being "illegal" are clearly family members of hers (considering some are men) or friends. And if they aren't then why in the hell are you so concerned and worried about them reporting an illegal person who is here taking advantage of free healthcare and not paying the same taxes as you or following by the same laws you are required to follow. I'm sure she drove herself to the clinic with no drivers license and no insurance on her vehicle so therefore if she was involved in a accident with you, you would be screwed because she is illegal and they can't do anything about it. You all complain about them being in your country and taking advantage of it but cry like a bunch of babies when they get reported for being here. Give this office a break! They are great people who work hard to provide needs for each and every single one of their patients and deserve the credit for being a wonderful health team that they are. I will continue to keep going here and recommending the doctors at this office solely based on their quality of work and excellence.”

“I transferred here from a "store front" clinic for my primary care... it's a fantastic change! Memorial Hermann was right on time and didn't keep me waiting. The staff was friendly and there wasn't any "gun decking" with the paperwork. The blood drawing nurse was very skilled: I've been told my veins are terrible but she didn't have any difficulty. The facility is clean and modern. As for online access: I easily got set up with the patient portal website. I was shocked to discover my bloodwork results were available the very same day!?! I'm impressed!! The reason I say 4 out of 5 stars is because I had to schedule my appointment **months** in advance. It was an unreasonably long lead time. Also annoying is that I had to schedule using a telephone voice call; I hate talking on the phone. My last criticism is that they refused to schedule a combo appointment of "new patient establishing care + annual physical exam" in one day. Those must be done as 2 separate visits. :-/ Overall, it's a great place, but there's room for improvement.”

“He delivered my cousins babies! With me having my first child I was very nervous but him delivering my cousins babies I decided to go with him. I was not nervous with him he made me comfortable. He’s easy to talk to. He came to delivery room where I was to check on me a day before I had my baby and he also came after he delivered her.i love this man he’s awesome. If you’re looking for a very good doctor he’s the best.when I have more kids in the future I will have him as my doctor”
