Over the phone they gave me excellent advice and when it turned out my machine wasn't working because of user error, they didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Great place and they have my highest recommendation. [Fyi, I had accidentally gotten the power supplies oid my cpap and laptop confused returning from a trip]”
