“I've been seeing Dr. Butler for 30 years and still make the trip 30+ miles for him and the staff. Every employee interaction is a delight which is nice considering I don't know anyone who thoroughly enjoys going to the dentist. From the front desk to the hygienists everybody has top dental knowledge and is always ethical. My visits to Dr Butlers are a breathe of fresh air even in an age where marketers are selling dentists as "making sexy teeth". Plus, what other dentist has a room with Astrodome seats.”

“I love HEB and love the people at the pharmacy but their phone or pharmacy alert system for refills is horrible. They call you and leave a message that leaves the main store number that when you call, tells you to hang up and call the pharmacy number. Then you call and the person in pharmacy answers the phone and ask if you will hold, trouble is they never come back to your call. Prior pharmacy had a very good text system, they would text ask you to press Y to refill N not to refill. After you press Y then a few hours later you would receive text that ready for pickup. How hard is that. If I miss the pharmacy call I have to swing by and tell them to refill and then make a trip back to pick up. Everything else at HEB is on the cutting edge please bring the pharmacy notification system up to speed.”
