Here is our back story: For months, we chased a problem with a rollator we purchased online earlier this year. (We actually researched this product before we purchased; it had all the features we wanted.) Dealing with the manufacturer directly proved futile. The medical supply stores in town that carry this brand could not help us. All we wanted was to find someone in town who could help us fix the rollator. So, we phoned Wheelchair & Scooter Express about our problem even though we knew they do not carry this product; we simply hoped they could recommend someone who might be able to repair this rollator. Randy was very honest and right up front from the get-go. No nonsense which we truly appreciate!!!! He welcomed us to bring in the rollator to figure out our options. Austin was at the store the day we went in and he was happy to have his technician have a look. Much to our pleasant surprise, the technician onsite was able to fix the rollator! It works better now than it ever did new out of the box. Wheelchair & Scooter Express earned our trust forever!!!! Thank you!!!”
