I called the office and explained my situation. I explained that this was a chronic condition and all my doctor would do is prescribe pain killers and muscle relaxers and I needed a better solution. Dr. Holmes listened patiently and told me to come to his office immediately. I arrived at his office and was seen right away. After an exam and X-rays, I was given an adjustment. I felt better, but better wasn't good enough for Dr. Holmes and I was given another treatment. This time I could stand up without pain. After a few more adjustments that day I left Dr. Holmes' office pain free for the first time in weeks.
