“In the spring of 2018, my Mom's primary care physician arranged for her to be transferred from hospital to The Concierge for further nursing care and rehabilitation. Her experience was very fulfilling, I was very appreciative of their efforts and results and within two months Mom became a permanent resident. The staff of The Concierge is friendly and provides excellent service. The Executive Director has over 25 years of experience as a licensed Long Term Care Administrator and manages an Administrative Staff of 14 dedicated departmental professionals. On many occasions, I have had lunch or dinner with Mom and the food is very enjoyable. The Dietary Manager prepares a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner menu featuring a nice variety of food choices. Mom is very appreciative of the service provided by the nurses, she has a doctor permanently assigned to her and the doctor visits several times each week. The Activities Director keeps Mom physically and mentally engaged by daily preplanned functions and Mom enjoys the functions very much. In closing, The Concierge has been a great experience for our Mom and our family and we value the care and service provided by a friendly staff that is dedicated to the wellness of people.”
