“Fast friendly staff.. they always have $25 coupons that post to your card for transferred scripts from other pharmacies which is good if you shop here and pay regular insurance prices or cash pay that way you can get back some of your money you just spent, but what sucks is that you cant use the money for gas it is for in store purchases only. They always ask you as well if you have ever taken this medicine and do a consult with you, they also answer any questions in the pharmacy area on over the counter products.”

My father caught stomach cancer in the month of 05/2013. My father had been a pt of Dr. Italia for the longest before he caught cancer. Of course like any other cancer pt there was a lot of procedures, testing, long days & even longer nights. Till this day I can close my eyes and see Dr. Italia at our dinner table examining my father. No one made Dr. Italia come to the house during my father's final days, but he did, more than a couple of times! Writing this gets me very emotional. Look, all I am trying to say is that this Dr. deserves the world. I'm in the medical field and none of the Drs. I've ran into so far have had the spirit like Dr. Italia. & no need for me to lie because he is no longer tied to my family since my father passed 08/2013 although, I'm thinking of registering as a new pt very soon!! Love you so much Dr. Italia hope you read this review & know I would never forget you !!! although, you have no idea who or what pts Daughter I am you will soon find out Dr. Italia ... ???????? “I have been with Dr. Patterson for over 20 years. No matter what the circumstances he will always make a way for you to see him even if you call him in the morning, He believes in the health and welfare of his patients. There were times I was in between job and didn't have the money to pay for the medicine and Dr. Patterson made a way for it to happen. Dr. Patterson started from an office in West Houston, to being so respected that West Houston allowed him to build his building on their hospital property. That is how good he is, and from a woman's perspective it doesn't hurt that he doesn't look a day over 30 to this day.”

Hospice recommended HSH (they see them all), so we moved him early in 2019. Rolando (the owner) was very flexible & made the move process simple. Cristina & her staff immediately welcomed Dad & provided the most loving, competent care I could have asked for. Not only was the facility clean & the care superb, the staff doted on Dad, kidded with him, & always maintained his dignity. Cristina is simply the best - she competently managed every aspect of Dad's care & kept me fully informed. I visited often, & always found him clean & well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HSH to anyone looking for the best, most loving care for their family member. My only regret is that I didn't know about HSH much sooner!”
