“As I've mentioned in previous post, I a huge on customer service. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. We were seated right away and placed our order. The omelets were huge and filling. My small children both had cupcake pancakes which looked delicious. They both ate most of it so I trust they were good. My wife had French toast with a strawberry topping. I didn't hear a peep out of her while she devoured that food. Our waitress was excellent. Always checked in on us and was on the spot with refilling our coffee. We were very generous with our tip, as she did great. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are clean, and you must wear a mask until you get to your table. Follow me for more post”

“The Chrysalis Spectrum team were a godsend to me. My wife had stage four lung cancer and had taken a turn downwards. As her husband, I was the sole caretaker (at that point) and needed help as I still had some work to finish up before I left. It was a start of a six-month venture. At the end of it was my wife’s passing peacefully. I would work from home for a few months of that and then stopped to be there with her the rest of the way. What we found was a partnership that was quite valuable to the home operation. Through each phase, assessments were done by executive management and options were presented all along the way. Some would help with cost. Others with increased coverage into the night And then 24hr presence. All of which equated to excellent planning, care, compassion and competence my wife would need. Plus, she actually enjoyed talking to them. A few of the last people she would ever meet again. What’s that worth? When she did pass, The caretaker handled all calls and directed the Hospice, Minister and funeral home as people came in and out of the house. That’s attention to detail when you really need it. Because that was a hard moment as it was. It might’ve been the quality of the personnel and I think that true but isn’t that good hiring? It is obvious to me that this group has the right idea and I appreciate them so much. I wish anyone that needs help gets help, these guys can handle whatever comes at them. You just Gotta include them. Good luck!”

“Dr. Nguyen did surgery on my femur after I fell and broke it in several places on Mother's Day. My surgical scars are healing wonderfulwo and they are so straight. The office staff has been great at helping with appointments and pain medication. They are always so nice every time I go in for a follow up. If I had one complaint, it's that Dr. Nguyen never came to follow up with me after the surgery whiwh I was in the hospital. I saw him right before I went in for surgery, but never again. It would have been nice if he would have at least followed up with me throughthr my care. I was in the hospital for a week, and then in inpatient rehab for 3 weeks. It was a little frustrating that in all that time I never saw my surgeon. I had to ask several times to get my sutures out. By the time they finally took them out, they had embedded in my skin, and it hurt pretty bad to take them out. Other than the lack of follow up care in the hospital, I think he's a great surgeon. He's attentive at the office and knows his patients when they arrive. I would use him again if I every needed Orthopedic surgery, but I hope not!”
