“I have all but once received my orders in a timely manner, and the issue with the one prescription was a shortage of the drug. Could they have communicated better - probably. But, all the orders that flew threw and were received makes this one event of little concern. We are all not 100% all the time. One thing that people must keep in mind is that the vet can delay an order if the refill hasn't been updated and this is not the fault of VPA. I also had that happen once but I cannot say that it was VPAs fault. I have found the chews very successful for my cats, especially the liver flavor even though I don't typically feed them liver. It must mask the taste of the meds well.”
