“The professionalism and knowledge of Alejandro Perez is what got my attention in our initial meetup, but it is the excellent work completed is getting me to do a review on them. They replaced 98ft of gutters, 4 down spouts, matched the paint correctly, nicely painted it and added drip edge to protect the 1x2, which the builders didn't put, for 1,650. A++... they made my house look new again and completed the work in 7hrs of one day... sorry I didn't get the before pics, but just know that my HOA had just issued a citation for gutter replacement because they were in bad shape.... who would have ever thought that your gutters could make or break how nice your house looks.”

With Ryan Voorhies at the helm, my repairs were about upgrading my damaged attic fan to solar power, advice on roof colors to reduce my attic temp, protecting my lovely flower garden from ladders and bits of equipment, replacing my insulated garage door with an upgrade, adding gutters to the rest of my house for a very reasonable price, fast work, tidy clean up, impressive service and ... oh yeah... a great new roof!
