“The store manager, Sydney, really helped us out a lot. It was my first time purchasing a mattress, and one that was actually decent. The instant we walked into the door, he greeted us and very politely and warmly. He then showed me through the entire process of how to select my perfect mattress — and it really worked! But although I found my perfect mattress, I went ahead and asked for one that was more in my price-range. He did not change his attitude one bit, and he kept being very warm towards us. Luckily, I finally found the mattress I was looking for, albeit in a lower price-range. And throughout the purchasing process, and even up to the door (he had opened the door for us) Sydney kept his kind, pleasant nature.
