David, the general manager, was responsive to my inquiry and even sent pictures of the tires to me before I made my decision to buy from him . Once I arrived on Saturday morning, he took care of my needs exactly as he promised on the telephone. There were no surprises. I don't know how the tires will hold up but I can tell you, these are nice, friendly people.
