“I went to this location yesterday to inquire about a reservation I made with Life Storage. Much to my surprise it is now CubeSmart. Initially I was a little taken back but as soon as I had an opportunity to work with Ivan and Latrice, I quickly realized that this was where I wanted the storage to be. They are wonderful, despite the fact that they had only been there a day or two and worked with irritated customers with respect and kindness.
