I apologized and asked if I can ask questions. She replied, absolutely. She was excited to schedule a wedding cake tasting. She called me in the middle of week to confirm the scheduling and also gather more information. Once we got to our tasting time she was very professional and show time ready. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind (Taryn!), I would feel safe dropping my 1yo off with them for a couple hours. Haha. They stock local produce and meats. They have a great selection of vegan food, both frozen, refrigerated, and pantry. Some of the things might be a dollar or two more than what you would find on Amazon or some big retailer, but you're supporting a small business! And often I find prices on items to be cheaper here, especially in their beauty and supplement section. I feel like I can trust the supplement selection to he high quality and that they don't stock anything that would be bad. I appreciate that they have always respected my medical freedom.”

He patiently helped me find each item and then assisted with checking me out which became eventful due to my recent move. Mr. Del through and through was still extremely patient and helpful. “I’ve been here for about 7 months and aside from the guest parking situation and minor annoyances from noisy neighbors, I really enjoy living here. The walls and floors are kind of thin and lack decent insulation (seemingly) but overall I’m happy. Really nice amenities and the game changer for me has been the office staff. Courtney, Janie and Erica have been phenomenal. Always responsive, courteous and prompt. Any time I’ve had an issue or concern they’ve always provided stellar customer service. I think what most people don’t understand is that things take some time and a few things are out of their control (we have had several cars left on blocks- no excuses but we do live in the city). I truly feel they do their best. A big change I would like to see is nightly security around the premises. Yes, improvements can be made but I have no doubts that they are actively trying to ensure that all occupants feel safe and are happy. The one star deduction is mostly for the lack of good insulation and level of noise I hear from neighbors adjacent and below, that far exceed “normal apartment noise”. Unfortunately, you can’t pick your neighbors but a good office staff makes up for it. :)”
