Whomever he was getting the approvals to do certain things concerning my particular purchase was quite rude though. He asked her something and she didn't even look up and said 'No'. Everyone else I've dealt with there (even when I sold my items - I just can't remember her name) have been pretty cool and nice except her. If I were to return I'd be sure to deal with David or someone besides that particular lady. She didn't have on a name badge so I don't know her name. Otherwise the rudeness it was a positive experience all three trips I've made up there.”
