He is by appointment only and due to his growing popularity, it may take you about a month or so to get an appointment with him but he is SO worth it! “It's a pretty good Kroger, and I like how they've arranged the store. I actually live right beside another Kroger, but I drive up Jones road and visit this one instead because it's substantially superior to mine. The product choices and prices are nice, they have a large inventory, and the parking lot is pretty easy to get around and find a spot. The staff seems overall friendly here, in my experience. I also like their deli selection compared to my Kroger, and they seem put more effort into serving samples and encouraging customers to try different products. It can be a little difficult to get around sometimes when they're stocking shelves, but they have to keep things stocked up so it's understandable. I get tired of hearing employees gripe though. I was just getting milk recently and a couple of employees were stocking the dairy and talking about how they don't want their hours cut, those sorts of things. Customers shouldn't be aware of these sorts of things, so employees should be mindful about where they're complaining. At least it wasn't out in the aisle like they do at the other location.”
