“Galligan and Manning is an exceptional law firm. Tammy Manning and Jason Cox are both excellent litigators. They are creative, smart and prepared. Mary Galligan, a board certified Estate Planner, does an excellent job in preparing wills, trusts, and other types of estate planning. They listen to their clients and find solutions for their needs. I highly recommend their services.”

“You have fancy little rehabs with fancy waiting rooms, and then you have Right Step, which is reality. My son went there three times. He was so horrible to the staff and those beautiful souls never gave up on him. They continued to believe in him. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire process!”

“We were lucky people today in Houston PRC Embassy. We required expedited service for my mother’s China visa due to urgent need back to China for treatment. The female officers in window 5 was so patient to answer our questions, female officer in window 4 was smiling to us all the time. Our urgent request was accepted but we were late to pick up her visa since our electrical car was out of battery. We really appreciate officer in embassy made exception and gave us visa after business hours. Thank you so much.”

“Fantastic place. Really honest and informed advice on surf boards from both Jeff and Mark. No pressure to purchase - they genuinely like to see you leave the store with something that’s really going to suit you and that you’ll use, or they’d prefer that you didn’t buy at all - wonderful and not just sales focused but people focused. Picked up some great clothes and beach gear too.”

“First time here and I will definitely be coming back. Super cute salon in a very "Montrose" converted house. This was my very first time coloring my hair. Marissa explained the entire process before we started and asked a ton of questions to make sure we were on the same page and i was comfortable. Super welcoming staff of lovely ladies. (And they offer vino!!) Perfect way to start the weekend”

“Best lemonade in the Houston area. Upon entering the place, one of Irma's sons greeted us and brought us drinks and chips and salsa. He gave us a menu but said that it was new and they didn't really go by it. My wife ordered cheese enchiladas and I got mole and carnitas taco. They both had really good flavor, but the chicken was a bit dry. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“If not for the Star of Hope I would still be dead in spirit, blind to the gospel, crippled, and uneducated. I crawled to the Star of Hope in Sept. 2010, a 9th grade drop-out, crippled hands, a non-believer, drunk and high on crack. Today, March 3, 2019. I am a leader in my church, my hands endured a series of surgeries, and I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications. All of the above obtained while at the Star of Hope Men's Development Center. Do not listen to the negative talk. If you want it, God will provide however, you need to get out of your bunk and show up. Enough of me. During the many years I have been blessed at SOH, I have witnessed many men start a new life with God. Many men have been able to reconcile with their families, employers and life in general. There are others though, that simply need a new beginning. Yes, it is available through Christ at the Star of Hope. God bless”
