“This was a beautiful hotel with a super comfy bed. I stayed here after a flight delay caused me to miss my connecting flight and United put us in a flea bag hotel with no where to eat dinner. By the time I got back to the airport and checked in it was almost 10pm. I grabbed a snack at the bar, which was delicious and then headed to bed because my new flight was early in the morning. I wish I'd had more time to spend in the hotel because the room was beautiful. Everyone was extremely understanding and helpful after the horrible experience I'd had with United.”

“I have a really old Travelpro Crew Series. So old the series weren’t numbered yet. Well a wheel finally broke and I needed to replace it mid trip... luckily I was in IAH. The pleasant and helpful young man working took it as a personal challenge to take apart the wheel housing and get me “rolling” again. It was not an easy task, they weren’t always made for easy replacement. How refreshing to deal with someone who clearly likes their job and was definitely out to help. He totally brightened my day, not to mention fixed my suitcase!”

There is almost no wait time, which is quite a change from pretty much any other provider. The not only delivered everything without a scratch (Mind you we had a 1800 saloon wall), but they did so in a timely manner.
