“I transferred here from a "store front" clinic for my primary care... it's a fantastic change! Memorial Hermann was right on time and didn't keep me waiting. The staff was friendly and there wasn't any "gun decking" with the paperwork. The blood drawing nurse was very skilled: I've been told my veins are terrible but she didn't have any difficulty. The facility is clean and modern. As for online access: I easily got set up with the patient portal website. I was shocked to discover my bloodwork results were available the very same day!?! I'm impressed!! The reason I say 4 out of 5 stars is because I had to schedule my appointment **months** in advance. It was an unreasonably long lead time. Also annoying is that I had to schedule using a telephone voice call; I hate talking on the phone. My last criticism is that they refused to schedule a combo appointment of "new patient establishing care + annual physical exam" in one day. Those must be done as 2 separate visits. :-/ Overall, it's a great place, but there's room for improvement.”

“He delivered my cousins babies! With me having my first child I was very nervous but him delivering my cousins babies I decided to go with him. I was not nervous with him he made me comfortable. He’s easy to talk to. He came to delivery room where I was to check on me a day before I had my baby and he also came after he delivered her.i love this man he’s awesome. If you’re looking for a very good doctor he’s the best.when I have more kids in the future I will have him as my doctor”

“We were running behind schedule and needed to get two packages boxed and shipped late Saturday. Most places were already closed but this store was still open. We called ahead, just before closing, and the owner agreed to stay open an extra half hour to allow us to time to get there and have them box up our packages to California and Oregon. Asha and Erin were very helpful and quickly packed up our items. They even provided a Senior Discount. My wife and I highly recommend them.”
