“Not sure what the guy before is talking about, this place was really good. Needed guest services and they didn't even charge me guest setup fees, just my two dailies. NOBODY has ever been that generous to me as a guest... that shows that they are not just out for your money but genuinely care about people. Caryn was ultra professional and nice, and the nurse (never got her name) was SO sweet. She was concerned about how I was going to keep busy while down here with my wife for her training and gave some recommendations of things to see and do around here. Next time I come to Houston, I will be using this office again if close by.”

“Comfortable, remodeled rooms and great staff My family and I arrived from the airport late on a Sunday night. And the hotel was willing to send a shuttle to pick us up even though it was past their normal shuttle hours. When we arrived, they did not have the exact same type that we have reserved online. However, they were willing to upgrade us too sweet at no additional charge. Additionally because it was late, they gave us room keys right away so my family could get settled into the room. And I was able to do the paperwork later. The rooms look like they have been newly remodeled. Everything was clean and the furniture and bedding looked in good condition. The complementary breakfast had a nice variety including eggs, waffles, cereals, and fruit. I took the shuttle back to the airport in the morning, and they were willing to drop me at the rental car area. I chatted with the owner both in the evening and the morning. He was very friendly and accommodating. Even though they were short staffed, breakfast service ran smoothly. All the staff we meet seemed polite and efficient. I would recommend this place to others.”

“We took a Bissell and a Kirby to Vera's Vacuums Sales & Repairs. Mr Larry was able to fix the Bissell on the spot. very quickly and for cheap. For the Kirby, a part was needed and he ordered and fixed it in about one week. Overall we are very satisfied with the service Mr Larry provided. He knows his vacuums, and treated us very well and is very honest. Next time we have an issue with our vacuums, we're going back to Vera's.”
