(August 22, 2017, 9:47 pm)From start to finish they came through for us. Our Phoenix representative responded to all phone calls, e-mails and texts in a professional and supportive manor. Our situation created a unique challenge since I wanted to change from the original ridge vent design to a more efficient solar fan design. The approval process with the State was disruptive and time consuming, but Phoenix maintained a positive and helpful mindset throughout the project. The workers were qualified and courteous. The site supervision ensured a clean worksite and a safe work environment. The new roof looks great.
