(December 14, 2018, 4:49 pm)Where do I start? Amazing customer service! I had never had the opportunity to utilize Patriot Diesel Service due to good luck. Unfortunately as luck would have it my 2008 Ford 6.4 literally ran out of fuel as I was turning the corner and I was able to coast into the local fuel station and fill up. Diesel and of fuel are extremely bad when used in the same conversation. Even though my fuel gauge indicated fuel the truck died. I called Patriot Diesel and the owner DW Crawford answered. I explain my situation and that I could get towed to his shop if he could bleed my fuel system. Not only did he say he could get to me today he literally drove down the road from his shop to my disabled truck and bled the fuel system. That is unprecedented service. He will not only get all my vehicle service but will get a referal to everyone I know.

I drove over an hour one way to take our Ford F350 to DW. The reputation these guys have is 100% Deserving. Patriot Diesel Service replaced my entire air conditioning system and front end work in less than a day. Everything is working great. DW is serious about trucks. No playing around at his shop. And his pricing is fair and did not overcharge us. Great people here. Thank you!
