  The whole staff was keyed in. They were fast, caring and considerate. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant. The Young lady that came to get us was very efficient and Jeanine was impressive. I went on a Sunday evening ;ate and they were on top of their game. They also followed up nicely, especially Jeanine. I would go there again if I had to. Thanks.

  From the front desk to the back staff everyone was so polite and professional. I went in with the flu not feeling well and the staff on duty I was very pleased with. They were also very efficient too. I've been to this facility twice and every time has been an expedited thorough experience. They've become my neighborhood goto Urgent Care, plus they're within my insurance network which is a double plus!????

  I was extremely ill with extreme asthma and apparently also bronchitis. I was seen and taken care of immediately! Dr. Brenda Steele and all the staff there were kind & professional. They treated me well and I loved that they actually listened to me. Thanks to them I did avoid the ER and saved money as well. Facility was also very clean and comfortable. Definitely would use them again in the future.

  First time I've visited urgent care here in Houston Texas and I must FastMed Urgent Care has the right idea. I mean they've streamlined the check-in process using tablets, and i was seen in a matter of minutes. The staff was professional and efficient. The Doctor was friendly and thorough. I would visit again.
  * However on the backend of things. If you have health insurance besure the Urgent care be a bit more specific when it comes to billing your private insurance in terms of what are the charges for, avoid letting them submitting generic medical codes for billing to your insurance. unless you want to spend time on the phone later with your insurance company because they will reject the claim.
