I couldn't be happier with them! I had to ship a horse in December from Wisconsin to Northern California. Knowing this is an usual route, I was flexible on dates and thought that would help me find a reasonable hauler. Instead, I got the runaround from several of the big name companies. A shipper friend recommended Kaiser, and I am so glad he did! They got her scheduled right away, gave me realistic route and time estimates, and quoted 2/3 the price of other companies. My horse had never trailered more than an hour, and stepped off the trailer looking great! The entire team was very knowledgeable and communicative the entire time, and my horse arrive ahead of schedule!
What a find! My original transport with a large carrier company canceled when I called the night before to confirm time and left me high and dry . I spent hours calling carriers and one recommended Kaiser. I spoke with Richard and Jason and they were terrific. They figured out a solution, were timely and kept me informed. Saved the day. I highly recommend!
Kaiser Equine Transport is by far the best commercial shipping I have ever used for my horses and clients. I have been in this industry all my life and have used different companies and nobody can come close to Kaiser and the team. With this company, you and your horse are not just a number. They care for your horse and clients as if they were their own. I cant say enough wonderful things about the entire staff and all of their drivers. The drivers are so informative, professional and love the horses as well. Example, when the Kaiser team stop for a bite at Mcdonalds and they buy bags of apple slices from the Happy Meals to give to all the horses on board. Amazing acts of kindness like mentioned, set them apart from anyone. I travel all across the country to compete, and I sleep very well at night knowing my horses are safe and cared for when they are traveling. Kaiser Equine transport is one of a kind. They have undying loyalty from me, and my four legged teammates! Thank you L.A. and Richard!!
