  Everyone is very friendly and professional. Andrew is fantastic!!! Even when I’m complaining of pain, he helps push me through it. Thanks for encouraging me to march forward. Great facility and atmosphere.

  Let me start by saying that my review is in reference to the entire business, not just the staff, facilities, etc. Let me start with the facility which I would give 5 stars - it's easy to get to, parking is always available, it's clean, they seem to have all the required equipment, bright cheery environment, and I've never had to wait even 2-3 minutes. The staff is also amazing - I won't call out their names in respect of their privacy but they are really a great crew, that are excellent at diagnosing, taking the time to explain what they think the problem is, what they feel should be done and why, walking you through the treatment. In my case, they were also very candid about the limits of the therapy and that I may need to consult with a doctor regarding surgery (which I ended up requiring for a torn labrum). So definitely 5 stars on the staff. Where select fell a bit short in my case was that because I'm on a high deductible insurance plan, I called around to understand costs of the various businesses. I was told over the phone that the cost would be $120 for the initial visit and then $100 for each visit thereafter. At each one of my visits I would pay this amount thinking I was covered. However, after a few months I started to receive bills and it showed some crazy amounts for what was billed to insurance vs myself and what was owed. My insurance company was billed much higher amounts and there seemed to be no rhyme or rhythm to how they were determined. When I reached out to Select Billing to understand what was happening and why the amounts were higher and varied, I was told that there was 'no way' a visit would be that cheap and that they bill 'based on the equipment that was used'. WTH? So if I use a little stick to move my arm that cost $245 but if I use a little arm bicycle that cost $390? I don't really see that they are much different than all these health care professionals which seem to always work to bill insurance companies for the most ridiculous amounts and then shroud everything they do in secrecy and confusion. It's disappointing, however, that they seem to put themselves forward as something different but then do the same things as everyone else. So, for communication and billing I give them one star. So, 5+5+1 divide by 3 = 3.66 round up to 4. In summary, expect a nice facility with great folks but make sure you understand what you will be billed up front, get it in writing, and watch the backdoor where they will certainly be trying to slide by some additional people into the insurance company birthday parting they are holding.

  All the therapist seem good there but my experience has been with Cynthia and she is awesome. She is so knowledgeable and kind. If you need physical therapy I would highly recommend going here and seeing her. I won’t go anywhere else now.

  This place in Atascocita is very pleasing as you walk in, you can't help seeing the pretty decor. My therapist, Steven, was great. My case was not real "common", so he had to work a little harder with me. I do recommend "Select Physical Therapy".

  My first visit at Select medical was really great. From the front office to back with my physical therapist Cyndy Mack. She not only loves what she does but she also has a lot of
  concern and compassion for her clients. I couldn't have choosen a better rehab facility. I was blessed to gone to Select Medical on Atascocita Rd.
