  Kelly was very helpful and never pushy. She helped my Mom make a decision on the right dishwasher for her. She showed my Mom all the options and was very patient and kind. AND saved her money!
  UPDATE!! The staff are awesome, however, the dishwasher was junk. Motor didn't work upon initial installation. Repairman fixed it within a couple of days. It stopped washing again within a week. Return was fast and easy. Kenmore is NOT what it used to be. We stopped at Lowe's on the way home from returning the Kenmore and bought a Frigidaire. It isn't as quiet but it works great!

  Getting all my future appliances here. Manager knows everything about appliances and appliances built in cabinets. Hands down no comparison. I went to Lowe's, Home Depot and Best Buy first. Unless you are simply replacing with the exact model and brand, you should go here to see what options you have. They will also price match. But their knowledge in my opinion is priceless.

  Great shopping experience! I was looking for a new washer and dryer and did not realize what all the options were. The lady working took the time to help me understand the options and match me with a set that worked best for me. I went with a Samsung set with Steam, easy to set up delivery and arrived at my home very quickly after placing the order. They even price matched the set to a competitor online as well!
