AM late but really want to encourage you to consider Carpet Connection. Their price was acceptable, the installation went flawlessly and they worked with my needs and schedule. You should use them.

If you are looking for a first class flooring company to do your renovations, you can't do any better than Carpet Connections. We had such an amazing experience from beginning to end. It was probably the best Customer Service I've ever had. They were so easy to get in touch with and if they were unavailable, they got right back to me within the hour. There was no pressure from a sales point and it was clear that they were only there to help us find what fit us since it was our first experience with new floors.

We worked with Steve Wisenbaker throughout our project. He was awesome. Steve came out the same day we called the store to do our measurements. He helped us determine the best method of installation and let us keep the samples a few days so we could make sure it was what we really wanted. Steve even came by the house to check on things during the installation.

When it came to the installation, the experience was amazing and perfect. It was a 2 man team, led by Leo. They were wonderful. They showed up right on time every day. Each day they said they'd be there at 7:45 am and they were ringing the doorbell at 7:45 am like clockwork.

They worked all day without hardly taking a break. We were very nervous being that it was our first real large home project. We were immediately at ease. They are true professionals. They finished one day earlier than expected and cleaned up every day before they left. When they finished and left, the house was spotless and everything was put back just how it was originally. It was so clean, you couldn't even tell they had been there.

If you are looking for new flooring, I can not recommend Carpet Connection enough! We could not have had a better experience than we did!

Daryl and his team are the best. They make your flooring experience stress free and financially sensible. The team that does the installation is 2nd to none!
